New Customers 

New Customers wishing to register should follow the 5 step process outlined below:

Navigate to the site: you can find the collective at http://live.go2collective.com, and select 'Customer Registration' from the menu on the right hand side. 

Step 1: Enter your e-mail address. The system will check your domain (your address after the “@”) against those approved on the portal and you can proceed to Step 3.  If you receive an error message it is likely that either your organisation or your domain is not yet listed and you should contact support@firefly-online.net and we will help you with your registration. 

Step 2: Enter your User Details. The portal will ask you for a password (6 characters), your first and surnames, and you can enter your work address (which is currently set to your organizations head office address). Once completed click the next button at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3: Read and accept the portals Terms and Conditions by ticking the box

Step 4: A Confirmation message will be displayed, and an activation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.

Step 5: Within a few minutes you should receive an automatic e-mail from the system, access this e-mail and click on the ‘embedded link’ to activate your account. A page will be displayed explaining that your account is now active, and you can now access the portal by logging in with your e-mail address and your password.

 If you ever forget your password then you can follow the ‘Reset Password’ process from the menu.
